Refund policy
All of our cabinetry and furniture is created and built by hand in California. We take pride in the quality of our materials and build, in the craftsmanship of our cabinetry, and in creating non-disposable systems that can grow and expand as your needs change. Attention to detail is something we refuse to compromise, and so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Refunds will only be considered for pieces lost or damaged during shipping. Photos of damage to the crate(s) prior to opening is required as well as photos of the damage done to the items themselves. If your piece have been damaged in-transit, please keep all crating materials, document the damage by taking clear, unfiltered pictures, and notify us within 3 business days.
Returns
All shelving and cabinetry are made to order and therefore not returnable or refundable. If there is a return due to defect or damage all items must be repacked in their original packaging. If there was an error on our end, we'll make and ship you a replacement.
